Thus, you accept the RETURNS and REFUNDS Policy of Preply, inc. (click on the link to learn more)

Since your classes are REQUIRED to be conducted there, in a safe and secure platform where you can easily manage your subscription with the tutor of your choice.

At https://www.cubanspanishclasses.com the tutor is Jean Pablo. Working independently at Preply, inc. subject to the same rights and duties within the platform as the student, thus as an independent contractor he reserves the right to:

1- Block a student (for whatever reason he might consider at any time).

2- Cancel classes and/or subscription (at any time).

3- Choose not to reply to inappropriate messages.

4- Conduct classes on Preply or outside of Preply. (Respecting Preply's in-platform payment)

5- Request a rate increase after some time.

Classes will always be conducted on Preply.
